Intermediate Course

As your practice deepens, awareness becomes more refined.

In the Intermediate Course, movement, breath, and alignment are explored with greater sensitivity, while emotional presence becomes an integral part of the practice.

This level invites you to notice how patterns show up not only on the mat, but in the way you relate to effort, challenge, and transition. The practice supports clarity, steadiness, and conscious choice, allowing what you cultivate on the mat to naturally extend into daily life.

This course is about integration, moving with intention, and learning to listen more closely to what the body and emotions are communicating.

The Advanced Course explores depth and subtlety through embodiment, energetics, and refined awareness. Advanced postures, nuanced transitions, and conscious breath are approached not as goals, but as gateways into deeper listening and presence.

Here, practice moves beyond technique. Movement, breath, and emotional awareness are woven into how you meet intensity, vulnerability, and stillness, both on and off the mat.

This course supports sustained embodiment, inner maturity, and the integration of practice into life itself.

Is this only a physical yoga practice?
