Online Classes Membership

This membership offers a consistent and supportive space to practice over time. At it's heart is a weekly live class, where you are guided in real time and supported through clear verbal cues, allowing your practice to grow with awareness, safety, and continuity.

Alongside the live sessions, you have access to a growing library of practices that expands every month, so you can return to the work whenever you need and practice at your own rhythm.

This is an ongoing practice, not something to rush through. A space to stay connected, deepen your relationship with your body and emotions, and let the practice support you both on and off the mat. You can join through a monthly or yearly membership, and all practices are available to you for the duration of your membership.

The Practice Library is continuously expanding and offers a wide range of practices to support different needs, moods, and stages of your journey. You are free to explore intuitively or return to specific themes whenever you need. Do I get lifetime access?

Yes.

Are the Courses beginner-friendly?

Beginner’s level is. Intermediate and Advanced build progressively.

Do I need to complete all levels?

No — you can choose what suits your journey.

Do I need prior experience?

No prior experience is required. The Online Classes include sessions suitable for beginners, all levels, and intermediate practitioners. You are invited to meet yourself where you are and move at your own pace, with options offered throughout the practice.

Are there live classes?

Yes. Your membership includes weekly live classes, where you can practice in real time and receive clear verbal guidance. In addition, new recorded practices are added regularly to support consistency and growth.

What if I can’t join the live class?

If you’re unable to attend live, you’ll have access to the class replay, so you can practice whenever it suits your schedule. This allows you to stay connected to the rhythm of the classes even when life gets busy.

Can I cancel my membership anytime?

Yes. There is no minimum commitment, and you are free to cancel your membership at any time. You’ll continue to have access to all content for the remainder of your current billing period.

Do I need special equipment?

A yoga mat is enough to get started. Props such as blocks, bolsters, or blankets are optional and suggested only when helpful. You’re encouraged to work with what you already have at home.

How long do I have access to the classes?

All live sessions, replays, and library practices are available for the duration of your active membership, whether you choose a monthly or yearly option.
